Vancouver Casting Director in PG! Feb 5/12

Cool news: Excalibur will be hosting Vancouver-based Casting Director Ann Forry later this month as she runs audition workshops for local talent. Check out the Facebook event! For you non-Facebook types, find a detailed write-up on Ann (plus workshop times and pricing) here.

Register and pre-pay at the Excalibur office (pre-payment required to reserve a spot in class).

There are only 30 or so spots available across all age ranges, so if you're interested, don't hesitate. Local newspapers, radio and television will be running with this sometime next week, so get in before the rush if you're an actor-type wanting face time with an industry professional.

New Hip Hop Classes Jan 10/12

We've had a lot of calls regarding Hip Hop registration for our 7-9 and 10-12 age groups. As a result, the schedule has been updated to include two new Saturday classes: 10am-11am for 7-9, 11am-12pm for 10-12. These are brand new sessions scheduled to start as soon as we reach minimum enrollment. If you would like more information, please call the office at 250-564-6326 or email excaliburarts@shaw.ca.

2nd Semester Class Schedule Dec 12/11

The 2011/12 class schedule has been updated and is now online and can be found here! Sorry for the delay. All classes listed in bold will be accepting registration in January 2012. The schedule is by no means final, additional new classes will likely be added based on demand.

Registration begins when classes resume on Tuesday, Janurary 3rd and will continue throughout the month. PLEASE NOTE: If your student attended classes during our first semester, you are already registered for the second (no need to re-register or submit new billing info)! Pre-existing classes remain the same. However, if you are new to the studio or wish to enroll your student in additional classes in 2012, then this is the schedule for you! ;)

Holiday Closure Dec 1/11

Classes continue until Saturday, December 10th. The studio is then CLOSED for the remainder of the holiday season. Classes resume on Tuesday, January 3rd.

CONGRATS! Dec 1/11

Congratulations to all who performed last Saturday during our 2nd annual Holiday Recital at Vanier Hall! You should be very proud of your accomplishment. It was BY FAR the largest recital in the history of the studio, and to get on stage in front of a packed house is no small feat! Of course, thank you as well to all of the parents and guardians who braved the lines and the crowds. It was often hectic (and maybe a little stressful), but we really do hope it was worth it. :)
