Our 2013 class schedule will be available soon, and online registration for NEW classes starting in January will begin early next week! Remember: You DO NOT need to re-register for existing classes unless you are contacted and told otherwise. It is assumed that students currently enrolled in existing classes will continue to attend in 2013.

Bidding on the Holiday Silent Auction closes at 2pm today!

Our December 15th 3pm performance of Winter Wonderland (7-9, 10-12 and Teen classes) is SOLD OUT with the exception of single seats and wheelchair tickets. This has taken us by surprise; never has this particular show come close to selling out. We are doing our best to accommodate those who have yet to purchase tickets, though we have little choice but to restrict remaining sales to 3 or fewer tickets per family (including a free dancer seat), as we genuinely hope to avoid having to turn people away once we reach the legal maximum capacity. If you still require tickets to this performance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you have a student enrolled at the studio? Have you been receiving emails regarding the upcoming Holiday Recital performance? If not, let us know! Email is the primary method of communication here at Excalibur, and we've been sending out plenty of recital-related info lately. It's important that everyone is in the loop! If you feel that you may have missed something, contact the office and we'll do our best to bring you up to date.

Our annual Holiday Silent Auction is now underway in the Building 1 lobby! Amazing gift baskets and other holiday gift ideas are on display; bidding has already begun and shall continue until 2pm on Saturday, December 8th. All proceeds help to fund annual scholarships for our students. We appreciate any and all support!

Our 2012 HOLIDAY RECITAL is just over a month away! On Saturday, December 15th, students will take to the stage at Vanier Hall to strut their stuff! Tickets will be available for purchase in the Excalibur Dance Shoppe as of Monday, November 19th @ 3pm.

When Remembrance Day falls on a Sunday, institutions often observe the day with a statutory closure on the following Monday. As this is the case with November 11th this season, there will be NO CLASSES on Monday, November 12th. PLEASE NOTE: Classes are in session on Saturday, November 10th. To repeat: The studio is OPEN on Saturday, November 10th.

Because so many of our youngest dancers attend class on Wednesday, we have chosen to close the studio on October 31st. There will be NO CLASSES on Halloween. This will allow parents and students to enjoy their evening without having to decide between dance and trick-or-treating, and we avoid the inevitable empty classrooms. This closure was factored into billing prior to the start of the season, so no worries: It has been accounted for! :)
