Classes designed for adults, 19 years of age and older (unless otherwise noted). Short sessions requiring less commitment, perfect for busy individuals interested in dance, health, and wellness! No experience required!

  • The Wait List link indicates that a class has reached maximum enrollment, in which case wait listed students are given first consideration should a spot become available. Joining a wait list is free of charge. 
  • [ON HOLD] classes are temporarily delayed due to low enrollment--this includes new classes recently added to the schedule. Joining an [ON HOLD] class delays your initial payment: No fees will process until the class reaches the required minimum enrollment.
  • Classes displaying a blank Register column are no longer accepting new students or are otherwise restricted. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. If necessary, please contact office staff to discuss alternative enrollment options. NOTE: Classes listed as (Drop-In) do NOT require enrollment, and therefore have no “Register” link.

Following the submission of your online registration form, you will be contacted via email (usually within three business days) to confirm outstanding fees. The amount owing will then process on a date indicated in the email confirmation, using the billing method selected during registration. See below for additional information regarding tuition, costume, and registration fees.

Class Descriptions

In our Tap and Ballet/Modern classes, students will explore the respective discipline, learning technique appropriate for their skill level, age, and experience.

Combining yoga, Pilates, and ballet barre exercises, Barre Fitness is designed to condition and tone your whole body while developing balance, strength, and flexibility. Classes consist of ballet and yoga poses that flow readily into strength work. Expect to be challenged in a warm and friendly environment! It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat. *** Drop-in class! No registration fees will be charged. Simply show up with $10 (GST included) and be ready to participate.

Dance Fitness combines cardio, aerobics, dance moves from various disciplines, strength conditioning, and flexibility. Get a great workout and have fun doing it!

Flexible Sessions

Classes run for a limited number of weeks, as indicated, or are attended on a drop-in basis. Following the completion of an 8 week session, existing classes may be extended and/or new classes announced dependent on demand. Drop-in classes have no set end date and continue so long as minimum attendance requirements are maintained.

Fees & Commitment

8 Week: Unlike the majority of our classes, 8 week session fees are paid in full at the time of registration. There are no monthly payments required. Listed tuition fees cover the entire duration but DO NOT include GST (taxes are additional).

Drop-In: Classes requiring no initial enrollment or commitment. Attend when you can and pay your instructor directly (cash required). You may opt to visit the office and pre-pay any number of sessions, using alternate methods of payment (please note office hours, as it may be closed during later class times). Listed drop-in fees INCLUDE GST, making cash payment less of a hassle.

There are no registration or costume fees associated with Health & Fitness classes. There is no commitment beyond the indicated duration, for 8 week sessions.


Health & Fitness classes do NOT participate in our annual recital performances, unless the possibility is discussed and agreed upon by students, instructors, and studio management.
